About Registor
What is Registor?
Registor is a social and person-centred Care Tech platform that helps you safely organise and share your life, care wishes, social network administration and funeral wishes. Everything in one place, always accessible, and completely in your own control.
Who is Registor intended for?
Registor is for everyone who wants to organise their life administration. Think of:
- Seniors (60+) who want to arrange their affairs for themselves and their loved ones
- Informal carers and family members who support someone
- Care organisations and municipalities guiding clients
- Care professionals working with SocialScan
Why should I use Registor?
Registor helps you stay in control, prevent miscommunication and reduce the burden on your network and care professionals. You can record everything centrally, securely and clearly — and decide exactly who has access and when.
Can I use Registor if I have no experience with digital platforms?
Yes. Registor is specifically designed for users who do not work with digital tools on a daily basis. We use clear, accessible language and provide explanations in plain words — without jargon.
Security & privacy
How secure is Registor?
All data is stored in a strictly secured environment in the Netherlands, fully GDPR-compliant. The Digital Vault provides additional protection with end-to-end encryption: only you — and the trusted contacts you designate — can view the contents.
Who can view my data?
You alone decide who has access to your data. Information is only shared on your explicit invitation — Registor itself has no access to your personal files.
What happens to my data after I pass away?
You can specify who should have access to your important documents and wishes after your death. This ensures your loved ones have the right information at the right moment — without having to search for it.
Features
Can I share my data with multiple trusted contacts?
Yes. You can designate up to five trusted contacts who — after annual confirmation — can access your data. You decide per trusted contact exactly which information is visible.
SocialScan
What is SocialScan?
SocialScan is a digital tool for mapping and leveraging your complete social network. It shows who is there for you — and who might become more involved — so that care does not rest on the shoulders of one person alone.
How does SocialScan work?
Through a short questionnaire, you map your relationships: family, friends, neighbours, volunteers and professionals. The result is a clear ecomap showing the types of support available. Care professionals can use this ecomap as the basis for their guidance.
Wishes & preferences
Can I securely record my advance directive?
Yes. You can securely store advance directives — such as euthanasia wishes or resuscitation declarations — in Registor. You can update them at any time and share them with your GP or loved ones if you wish.
Will I be reminded to update my wishes?
Yes. You will receive a reminder at least once a year to check and, if necessary, update your advance directive, so it always remains current.
My Affairs & Digital Vault
What can I store in My Affairs?
In My Affairs you store documents, contracts, passwords, insurance policies, wishes and other important information in one secure place — clearly organised and always accessible.
What is the Digital Vault?
The Digital Vault is an extra-secure environment within Registor for your most sensitive documents. The contents are end-to-end encrypted: even Registor cannot view your files.
What if I lose the access code for the Digital Vault?
If you lose the access code, even Registor cannot open the vault — that is the purpose of end-to-end encryption. We therefore strongly recommend keeping the code safe and sharing it with at least one trusted contact.
My Story
What is My Story?
In My Story you record your life story: from your childhood to today. This is valuable for your loved ones, and can also be linked to care systems (EHRs) so that care professionals get to know you as a person — not just a patient.
Practical matters

How much does Registor cost?
Basic use of Registor is free and will remain so. The extended version with additional features costs €2 per month.

For organisations & professionals
Can Registor be used in a care practice or residential setting?
Yes. Registor strengthens collaboration and communication for care organisations and teams. Contact us to discuss the possibilities at an organisational level.
How does sharing with a GP or care professionals work?
Information you share with a care professional always goes through your explicit consent — via a connection with the care system or as a PDF. You always retain full control.
Does Registor offer integration options with existing systems?
Yes. The platform supports connections with EHRs and other care systems. Contact us to discuss the technical possibilities for your organisation.
